Customs and import duties (UK, Brazil & USA)
Deliveries to the United Kingdom and the USA are made according to DAP (Delivered at Place). Any import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees that may arise are levied by the respective destination country and are to be borne by the recipient. These fees are usually charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery or before delivery. We have no influence on the amount of these charges.
Returns
For returns from Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Spain, and the Netherlands, our regular return conditions apply.
For returns from all other countries, the buyer bears the return costs. Shipping costs already paid will not be refunded.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply. These are levied by the respective destination country and are to be borne by the buyer.
