Everything you want to know beforehand
Will the edges damage my garden hose?
No. Every support edge is deburred and rounded by hand after laser cutting. The hose rests on a rounded surface — precisely the step that is missing from cheaper sheet metal holders.
Do I have to drill — and what if I'm renting?
For the most stable solution, yes: four screws, the holder is its own template. If you're not allowed to drill, hang it directly on the faucet – then we recommend a maximum of 10 m of hose.
Does the Garden Dock rust?
No. Solid V2A stainless steel—the standard material for façades and outdoor railings. In the presence of road salt or coastal air, surface rust may settle from the surroundings; simply wipe it off, the steel remains unharmed.
Does my hose fit?
1/2 inch and 3/4 inch up to 20 m, flexible hose up to 30 m – that fits. For more, we recommend two Garden Docks next to each other.
Does it hold the weight — and what about the faucet?
When wall-mounted, the wall carries the weight, not the faucet. A full 20m hose weighs 5–8 kg — the faucet merely guides it and remains unburdened.
What goes in the box?
Garden Dock in your color, 4 stainless steel screws with wall plugs, and illustrated instructions including an ETICS note. You don't need a template — the holder itself is the guide.
Can it stay outside in winter?
Yes, stainless steel is frost-resistant. Just empty the hose before the first frost – or remove the dock from the handle and put it in the garage.
How long does delivery take?
Germany 2–4 business days, EU 4–7 — free shipping with DHL. Orders placed by 2 PM will be shipped the same day.
